Are planning applicants affected by the current economic climate?
NO - Not at all. In fact more and more people are extending their homes because of the current mortgage difficulties associated with moving to a new larger home. For many people it is easier to make their home bigger with extensions rather than to move house.

Can I get this information from the council myself and use it? 
No. Council web sites are obliged to display a copyright warning notice that explains that unauthorised commercial use of planning information is in contravention of section 47 of the copyright acts.

Active Planning Leads operates with the authorisation of the Information Commissioners Office and has permission to re key planning application details in order to create our own legal copyright for marketing and commercial purposes throughout Europe.

You are only allowed to VIEW planning application information on line.
